Victor Spahn, France’s well-known “Painter of Movement,” takes Park West Gallery CEO Albert Scaglione and President Marc Scaglione on a tour of his studio in the Montparnasse district of Paris. The studio was previously the workspace of the famed painter Tsuguharu Foujita.
