“The purpose of this letter is to compliment the efforts made by your auctioneer, his wife and their ‘on board’ assistant. Royal Caribbean Cruise Line is very lucky to have your firm on board with them. My wife, and both of our respective mothers, took a cruise to Bermuda last month where I attended your auction, both days.

The highlight of the auction in addition to my purchases was Arthur, his wife and their assistant. They made these events spectacular! Arthur is fantastic, his enthusiasm, his knowledge of art and history, his wit and experience made this an informative, fun and exciting event. The help that all three of them provided me helped with my various purchases. Their service was simply great. The knowledge of art and history their assistant shared with all of us was very informative and it made learning fun and exciting as well.

Frankly, I enjoyed myself so much at these two auctions, the cocktail event and the pre-auction activities that this activity made this cruise fantastic due to their combined efforts. Thanks to your staff this cruise for me will remain a standout memory and resulted in a truly great vacation.
