Artist Scott Jacobs to Appear In Premiere of ABC’S “Secret Millionaire”
“Secret Millionaire” is a one-hour series that follows some of America’s most successful business people as they spend a week in the country’s poorest areas and ultimately gift deserving members of those communities with hundreds of thousands of dollars of their own money. In the Season Premiere episode, world-renowned Park West Gallery artist Scott Jacobs and his 18-year-old daughter, Alexa, leave behind their family in San Diego to spend six days in Newark, New Jersey to search for those most in need of financial help.
While there, father and daughter will attempt to survive on less than $75 during their week-long visit, while volunteering their time to charitable organizations and searching their hearts to determine how much of their own fortune to gift the community heroes they meet. Their mission is to discover deserving individuals who continually sacrifice everything to help those in need. Throughout this life-changing experience, the Secret Millionaires attempt to remain undiscovered – on the final day, they reveal their true identities. “Secret Millionaire” premieres SUNDAY, JUNE 3 (8:00-9:00 p.m. EST) on the ABC Television Network.

Watched the episode and it was so fulfilling I sat and the tears of joy just flowed…..my brother friends and family fed the homeless on the streets of Miami Florida for many years until the city of Miami took him to court and made him stop…when I helped it was the most rewarding experience ever..forget the rich paying more taxes…let them get involved…thanks to Mr. Jacobs and his daughter
I watched the Secret Millionaire this evening, it was really inspiring. All of us artists who have a heart for people would love to be able to do what he was able to do. I’ll forever be influenced by him and his art.
I watched the episode last night and it was the best one yet. I was so moved by the emotions he felt and the true compassion he showed others. This for him was life changing in so many ways. I hope he follows the young man he was willing to mentor. His daughter has a new look on life and I am sure she will be motivated to do something wonderful and meaningful due to this experience. Yes, Mr. Jacobs is rich, but now he is rich in spirit.
Ive just watched the Secret Millionaire episode here in New Zealand, March 24 2013!!
Very moving…keep up the good work!!Im sure you have generated a large following now on this side of the globe 🙂
All the best, Trish
