Two Architects of the Surreal in Las Vegas

As bright as the lights of Vegas are, you’ll find an even brighter vision inside Park West Gallery Las Vegas, now through January 22, 2026. This new exhibition will surround you with bold, colorful and fantastical artwork from two masters of the Surreal, Christian Masot and Kat Tatz.
Masot, already known as an acclaimed tattoo artist worldwide, took the art world by storm with his vibrant, eye-popping fine art. He owns his own tattoo shop in Hawthorne, New Jersey, was named artist of the year by Aquarian Magazine and has received numerous awards including Best in Show, Best Sleeve, Best Black and Grey and Best Color. His fine art paintings, which have been exhibited all over the world, show off his flair for design and bold color choices. He will often take pop icons or images from nature and put his own surrealistic spin on them, creating stunning, unforgettable imagery.
Tatz’s surrealistic imagery is a world of imagination that can’t be contained by mere canvas, often spilling out onto the frames that become part of the artwork. She uses the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland, the surreal world of Dalí and a little touch of Vegas as her muse. Tatz comes from a family of artists and has been working at her craft since she was four. It’s that lifelong dedication to her art that led her to be the first-ever winner of Park West Gallery’s inaugural “Made in Vegas” artist competition, beating out over 500 applicants.
Masot and Tatz are a perfect pairing for this exhibition. Together they showcase a surrealistic world where anything is possible, all bound together with bold, vibrant colors and fantastical imagery.
Whether you live here or are just visiting Vegas, add this to your list of sights you really must see. Don’t miss Architects of the Surreal: The Art of Kat Tatz & Christion Masot, now through January 22, at Park West’s Las Vegas Gallery.
