Albert Levi

Albert Levi was born in 2001 and raised on the outskirts of Israel. As a child, he struggled with the structure and expectations of traditional education, preferring independence and self-direction. At age 16, he experienced a significant shift in perspective, recognizing the importance of taking responsibility for his future. This period became a defining influence on both his personal development and artistic approach.

Levi did not initially pursue art as a career and has no formal academic training in the field. He turned to painting during a time when he needed a constructive outlet and a way to focus his thoughts. Over time, art became an essential form of expression and a central part of his life.

His work is shaped by instinct rather than formal rules, emphasizing authenticity and emotional clarity. He often begins with a loose sketch and develops the composition through layered textures and bold use of color. Levi is particularly drawn to animals, especially birds and sea life, as subjects that represent movement and freedom. He studies their behavior and physical presence in natural and controlled environments, incorporating these observations into his work.
