On Wednesday’s Fox 2 Mornings, Marcus talked about his “flat life” style and attributed his success to being true to who he is and never giving up on his vision. Marcus also credited his parents for instilling in him moral values and a strong work ethic. Here’s the interview with Lee Thomas:

Fox 2 News Headlines On Sunday, Marcus was on the CBS radio program Sunday Edition with Alisa Zee, heard in Detroit on WOMC radio. [mp3j track=”http://www.parkwestgallery.com/wp-content/uploads/det_grammy_artist.mp3″ style=”outline” volslider=”y”]

He filled her in about his initial disbelief when he got the call about the Grammys’ honor and talked about his 16-year relationship with Park West Gallery. The gallery is getting inquiries from people wanting to add Marcus Glenn’s official art for the 56th annual Grammy Awards to their collections. That piece – “One Night Outta This World” – belongs to the Grammys and isn’t available to collectors, however, works Marcus created leading up to it will be. Park West looks forward to future artwork that Marcus creates reflecting his experience as the official artist of Music’s Biggest Night – the 2014 Grammy Awards. Stay tuned. News of the honor has also been reported in the Oakland Observer and Eccentric and The Patch Updated January 18: Here’s another video, this time from TV 20 Detroit.

The Detroit News also featured the local artist on January 22, as did C & G News.

We also had the pleasure of meeting him & his wife Yolanda in Sept 2013 at a VIP Cruize hosted by Park West. I must say that he’s a wonderful people’s person, not just talented/gifted, but very humble & honest, unlike another artist, whom name I will not mention. There’s no one more deserving of this nomination than Mr. Glenn, I’m so glad that he’s finally being recognized for such talent!
