- When can I expect my artwork to deliver?
Can’t wait to fill your blank walls with your recently purchased artwork?! You can anticipate that your framed artwork will deliver within 8 to 10 weeks of the purchase date, and generally your unframed purchases should arrive within 4 to 6 weeks.

- When should I receive the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and Appraisal?
The Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and Appraisal documents will be mailed inside the packaging of your unframed artwork. For framed purchases and artwork taken from an event, the documents will be mailed separately and should arrive within 8 weeks of the purchase date.
All Park West® artwork will be accompanied by a COA. Appraisals may be purchased at $35 USD for the first appraisal and $15 USD ($20 CD) for each additional work appraised at the same time. Park West’s® Appraisal Department may be reached toll-free at 800.521.9654 x 2 or email email@example.com.
- How can I be sure that my Park West® artwork is authentic?
Park West® has NEVER sold a work of art that is not authentic in it’s nearly 40 year history! You can be assured that each and every work of art Park West® sells has been reviewed and researched by our extensive network of definitive experts and art scholars. The Park West® Certificate of Authenticity GUARANTEES the artwork is absolutely genuine.
- I just received my artwork and the frame is slightly damaged. What should I do?
Park West® makes every possible effort to insure that each work of art arrives to you in pristine condition. Unfortunately it is possible that unforeseen damage can occur during shipment. Please immediately report any instance of framing or artwork damage to Customer Service by Email or call (877) 440.0630 (within US) or (248) 354.2343 (internationally) so that we may make arrangements to promptly remedy the situation at NO CHARGE to you.
