Judith Bledsoe (1938–)
Judith Bledsoe was born in Hollywood, California, in 1938 and left the United States at sixteen to study in Europe. While living in London, she worked for BBC-TV, creating live drawings and telling stories to children. She worked at the Slade School in London and illustrated children's books. Her paintings were shown at the Schmidt Gallery, London. For several years, she was affiche artist for "Printemps" in Paris. Bledsoe lived for some time in Mallorca and currently resides in Paris.
