Denis Paul Noyer

Son of illustrious French artist Philippe Noyer, the young Denis Paul originally pursued a career in business. In 1963, while working in a bank in Geneva, the twenty-three year old Noyer abruptly returned to Paris, choosing instead to develop his artistic talents. He studied with his father and master draftsmen, Andre Breillaud. Noyer's success was immediate. Within one year from the time of his departure for Paris, his first paintings were sold and his works were exhibited alongside his father's paintings at the Acost Gallery in Los Angeles. Noyer has created over 600 paintings and 130 editions of lithographs, which are avidly sought by collectors in Canada, Europe, Japan, and the United States. His works have been featured in many one-man shows, including those at the Galerie Marc Polony and Galerie Pierre Hautot in Paris, Callard Gallery in Chicago and Winstrom Gallery in Stockholm.
