Colette

In 1968, the innovative artist Colette graduated from William Patterson College with a degree in art education. Her works transcend the conventional boundaries between art, design, fashion, theatre and architecture. Colette’s early years in Tunisia are reflected in the sensual exoticism of her lithographs and performance works.

Among the many museums and galleries which have exhibited Colette’s works are Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art, Ridgefield, Ct.; Bronx Museum, Museum of Modern Art and Whitney Museum of American Art, New York.
